Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation before February 15th 2011: € 60, (non-refundable administration fee)
- Cancellation from February 15th - March 15th 2011: 50% refund
- Cancellation from March 15 2011 onwards: No refund
Refund requests must be made in writing: by e-mail to creatingconnectionsconference@gmail.com
You also may have a colleague attend the conference in your place.
