Steven C. Hayes

Steven C. Hayes is Nevada Foundation Professor and Director of Clinical Training at the Department of Psychology at the University of Nevada.
He is the developer of Relational Frame Theory, an account of human higher cognition,  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), 
an evidence-based form of psychotherapy that uses mindfulness, acceptance, and values-based methods, and Contextual Behavioral Science, the 
scientific development community contains and fosters these developments, among others.
