If you cancel your registration before February 1 2017, we refund the entrance fee minus € 60,00 administration fee.
For cancellation from February 1 2017 and onwards we do not refund the entrance fee.
You can ask a collegue to attend the conference at your place, costs for rebooking is 10% of the entrance fee.
